Metal & Purity Guarantee — .925 Sterling Minimum
Every statue is hand-poured in the USA from recycled precious metal. We guarantee that each
piece is delivered at its stated weight in solid sterling silver — never below .925
purity.
Because we work with recycled silver, the purity of your piece will often test higher
than .925. It will never test lower. This variance above the .925 floor is an inherent characteristic
of our recycled-metal, hand-poured process — it is not a defect, and it never reduces the guarantee. When your piece does test higher, there is no additional charge — the extra purity is simply a secondary benefit of doing business with us.
Prefer .999 fine silver? We are happy to pour your piece in .999 as a special order
for an additional fee. This must be requested before checkout —
contact us for a quote.
How our pricing works: every statue is priced at the .925 sterling level — a
slightly discounted basis, given that our recycled pours frequently test above .925. If your piece
comes in purer, that additional silver value is yours at no extra cost.
By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:
- The stated weight is the delivered weight of the piece
- Metal purity is guaranteed at a minimum of .925 and may test higher
- Purity variance above the .925 floor is inherent to the recycled-metal process and is expected and acceptable
- Higher-than-.925 purity, when present, is included at no additional cost
- .999 fine silver is available only as a pre-checkout special order at additional cost
Product Imagery & Handcrafted Variance Notice
The product imagery presented on this website—including digital renderings, prototype photography,
and representative visuals—is intended to convey the overall design intent, scale, proportions,
and artistic direction of each piece. These images serve as visual references and are not guaranteed
to depict the exact final physical item delivered.
Each statue is individually handcrafted using traditional casting, finishing, and metalworking techniques.
As with all handmade and small-batch production, natural variation is an inherent and unavoidable
characteristic of the process. Differences in detail, texture, surface finish, edge definition,
and sculptural nuance may occur from piece to piece. These variations are not considered defects;
they are a defining attribute of artisanal craftsmanship.
Due to the physical realities of metal casting, material flow, finishing tolerances, and the complexity
of sculpted forms, the final product may vary from the imagery shown. Such variations may include,
but are not limited to:
- Facial features, contours, and fine sculptural details
- Emblems, symbols, inscriptions, or raised elements
- Edge sharpness, points, and dimensional definition
- Surface texture, patina, coloration, and polish level
By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:
- Website imagery is illustrative and not an exact representation of the final delivered piece
- Minor to moderate visual differences between images and the physical product are expected and acceptable
- Artistic interpretation and handcrafted variance are intrinsic to the value, uniqueness, and character of the product
Customers seeking absolute uniformity, mass-production tolerances, or exact replication of a digital
rendering should consider whether a handcrafted product aligns with their expectations prior to purchase.
