Due to the nature of our customized – hand poured products, we offer a 30 day guarantee – where we commit to purchasing back your statue for its full metal value. I.e. – if you purchase a 6oz silver statue, and you would like a refund, we will buy-back your statue from you at the current market value of silver of 6oz. 

We provide certificates of authencity with all of our custom hand-poured silver statues. These certificates guarantee that:

  • We have utilized the appropriate amount of investment grade silver in the production of your statue. 
  • Our statues come with a limited lifetime warranty guaranteeing them from defect for the life of ownership.

SYGs custom silver statues are lovingly hand-crafted, which does take time. Please allow 2-4 weeks for the production and delivery of your item.

Once your order has been finalized and shipped, you will receive further notification via email of your order status such as your tracking# and delivery date. All orders are shipped via FedEx and are fully insured.
