Question 1

What materials and purity do you use for your silver statues?

Accepted Answer

Every statue is hand-poured from recycled investment-grade silver, refined to .999 before it is cast. Our guarantee is simple: your piece is delivered at its stated weight in solid .999 fine silver, X-ray tested to confirm both purity and weight before it ships. One grade, every piece, every size — there is no lower option to choose from, and nothing to reconcile after it arrives.

Question 2

What size / weight options are available (and how does weight affect price)?

Accepted Answer

We offer ten standard sizes: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 12, and 32 oz — the selector on each product page shows which sizes that design comes in. The size you choose is the delivered weight of your piece, poured in solid .999 fine silver, so price scales with the silver in your hands.

Question 3

How long does it take to complete a silver statue?

Accepted Answer

Once your order is received we begin making your statue. Every piece is hand cast and made to order — we hold no stock, so nothing ships off a shelf. Orders are poured in the order they are received, and production is currently running 4–8 weeks before your piece is finished and dispatched. Shipping — we ship every statue fully insured via FedEx, which typically takes 3 days to reach you from our South Florida location. You get an email at each stage of production, so you always know where your piece stands.

Question 4

What happens if I’m not happy with the finished piece? Do you offer any guarantee or return policy?

Accepted Answer

Because every statue is hand-poured and made to order just for you, all sales are final — we do not accept returns or issue refunds once your order is confirmed and in production. If your piece arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right with a guaranteed buy-back, or a replacement once the original is returned and verified at the same silver weight. Separately, you’re never stuck with a solid-silver piece: through our buy-back program we’ll purchase any statue back at 95–98% of the current silver spot price for its metal weight — a metal-value buy-back, not a refund of the purchase price.

Question 5

Is the piece hall-marked / certified? Do I get a certificate of authenticity (COA)?

Accepted Answer

We provide certificates of authencity with all of our custom hand-poured silver statues. These certificates guarantee that: We have utilized the appropriate amount of investment grade silver in the production of your statue. Our statues come with a limited lifetime warranty guaranteeing them from defect for the life of ownership. Buy-Back Guarantee. Should you ever wish to sell us back your statue for current market pricing, we guarantee 95% - 98% of the daily spot price for your statue of any size.

Question 6

What are the shipping, packaging, and insurance details?

Accepted Answer

We ship all products via Fedex Insured Ground. Our shipments originate from South Florida - and thus shipping will vary to you depending on your geographic region. We guarantee that as soon as your statue is ready for shipment, we will update your order status with the tracking number so that you can stay apprised of your statue's location.

Question 7

Are these safe around children?

Accepted Answer

These are solid metal collectibles, not toys. Some designs have points, raised edges, or narrow gaps that can pinch or cut, so handle them as you would any decorative metal object. Smaller pieces are a choking hazard for young children, and larger pieces are heavy enough to cause injury if dropped. They are intended for display and handling by adults — please keep them out of reach of children.
